LABORATORY (ERV Ventilator)

BACKGROUND

Laboratory project, one of application which require to exhaust unwanted chemical vapour during doing test activities.

Exhaust air must go out but the cool temperature should stay in the LAB room. The exhaust air and intake air are different in amount of air flow rate.

SOLUTION

NANTIER has designed and supported all information what conditions of each supply air conditions would be. The ERV Ventilators were equipped with plug fans, pre-filters, and aluminium volume dampers.

Moreover, stainless steel drain pan was also equipped underneath Plate Heat Exchanger in order to capture condensed water, and for washing purpose.

RESULTS

With ERV Ventilator, unwanted exhaust air is out with cool temperature is still in the room. Also, the ERV units were designed with easy maintennace access.
