READY MEAL FACTORY REFURBISHMENT

BACKGROUND

After receiving the tender drawings from the project management company, Nantier’s engineering team studied, counted, and finalized a proposal for bidding on this project, which included a BOQ, price, and construction plan. Nantier Company was selected as the main contractor for the ready-to-eat food factory renovation project.

This project includes construction work. PAU intake air systems, blast chiller and cold storage room, RO water plant and machine relocation.

SOLUTION

NANTIER team had selected all equipment and submitted them for approval before final order. We also had created new updated work schedule plan to match with actual progress every week.

After the installation was finished, each system was tested with a functional test report. All systems are demonstrated so users understand how to use and maintain them correctly.

RESULTS

All equipment and systems have been tested and are working well according to their designed performance/current condition (existing original machinery).
